2. What data we collect

This site has no contact forms or user accounts: we do not collect or store on our own server the data you send us. If you contact us via the "phone" or "email" links on the site, your device's own app (phone or mail client) opens, and that data stays there, governed by your carrier's or mail provider's own terms.

The site is hosted on Netlify, which, for security and technical operation, automatically logs some access data (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time) on its server logs, for as long as needed to ensure the security and stability of the service.

We do not use profiling cookies or traffic-analysis tools (such as Google Analytics), nor third-party advertising.

• Legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring the site works correctly, securely and reliably (hosting logs).
• User consent for loading non-essential third-party content, such as the Google Maps embed, requested via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.

Netlify's technical hosting logs are kept for the period set out in its own security policies. Your cookie choice is saved only in your browser (via localStorage) until you change it or clear your browsing data.

As a data subject, you may at any time request: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@osterianando.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy) or your own national authority.

Cookies are small text files that websites save on your device to make the site work properly or to remember certain preferences.

Necessary technical cookies

This site does not install tracking cookies. We only use your browser's localStorage to remember the choice you make in the cookie banner: strictly speaking it isn't a cookie, but it serves an equivalent function and is strictly necessary for the banner itself to work.

Third-party content (optional)

If you choose to accept, the Google Maps map in the "Find us" section is loaded, and from that moment Google may set its own cookies, under its own policy. Until you consent, you'll see a box with a button to load the map whenever you like, instead.
